Hello all,
I wasn't really sure where to post this. I drive an 02 SS currently and I have had my eye on a couple of 2010s. My question is about superchargers or turbos. I was wondering if a car modded with either of those becomes high maintenance or is it pretty much the regular stuff. I was looking into a p1sc procharger with a custom spec cam, dual valve springs, hardened push rods and a tune. I was hoping to get around 650hp to the crank with at least 520hp to the wheels. Of course more is better but I figured this would be conservative enough to use on a daily driver. Thoughts or suggestions. I have never had a vehicle with either on it and have always wanted to put one on something. Now I have a good opportunity as long as it will not make it become too high maintenance. Thanks for any input.
