Sirius XM Sucks !!

On Jan 23 (12 business days ago) I called and renewed my Sirius XM account. Last week I recieved not 1 but 2 bills in the mail for the $29.43 for 5 months as agreed. They don't waste any time.
On Saturday Jan 8th I mailed them payment in full. Today I recieved not one but 2 phone calls requesting payment.
I just got off the phone with them (some woman I could just about understand) stating that I don't appreciate
the multable billings and constant phone calls. She stated that the bill will be considered overdue if they don't get it by tomorrow !
I can't believe what a crappy company this is... Sorry, just venting.

Tell her it better be $58.86 for a whole year and then you'll make the payment!

Yeah, I hear all kinds of horror stories about the billing issues with them and OnStar. Both of my trials are about up and I hope I don't have any problems with that. I really enjoy the XM selection compared to broadcast radio where I live, we have one rock station and its more talk and less rock.

I never had a problem with SiriusXM.

They did keep calling me once my subscription ran out on a radio I had. I finally told them to stop calling me and never heard from them after that lol.

Sirius sucks...
The sky is blue
snow is cold

many, many facts out there....

I agree, and the audio quality is just as bad.

I did re-up though for $29 for 6 months.

I tell them to cancel my sub every year on another vehicle i own unless they give me the same $79 annual deal I've always had. It's about half off the stated price. My 3 month preview just ran out on the Camaro. With the radio apps on my phone and the USB port, I'm not sure I need to pay for radio anymore.

It took me 3 phone calls and 30 minutes to cancel my service with them. Never again no matter how low the price!

just talked with them...offered 6 months for $30, but only for music...doesn't include all the other MyLink features that require their service...would have to pay another $20 or so to get everything.

Whatever you do don't give them your credit card #. Only pay by mail.

I don't know what you guys are doing wrong. Never had any problems with them, I get low subscription renewals, and I love listening to the classic rock and some of the country stations. I have never given them a credit card number and just have them send me an invoice. I usually tell them what I will pay unless they give me a super special which occasionally happens. But then I never yell at them. If you yell at them they probably mark your account with that little "he's a jerk" symbol.
