Elite Series LS3 camshafts now available. Stage 1/2/3.

Stage 1:

227/238 .614/.585 115+5

SAE:

Uncorrected:

The Stage 1 cam is one of my favorite LS3 street cams. Pulls 48-52kpa at idle(dang near stock), has a great idle sound, kills the stock cam everywhere and puts up 50rwhp/30rwtq gains over stock. What more can you ask for?

Stage 2:

229/244 .615/.595 112+4

I'll have an idle clip posted for this cam later, but it sounds very similar to the Stage 3. This cam is a mid-range monster. Makes 400rwtq by 3500rpm and the table top torque curve pulls for days. 55-65rwhp/30-40rwtq over stock.

Stage 3 "POLLUTER":

233/248 .619/.595 113+5

The LS3 Polluter cam has been a labor of love for me. I've tested this cam in 7 different combinations so far. 4 different brand headers, 4 different cat-back exhausts, 3 different cold air intakes and it has been tested in 5th gen Camaro's and C6's. I wanted to ensure the results were repeatable for our flagship camshaft. The lowest results we saw during testing was 484/443. The highest was 501/454. We've even had one car make as much as 462rwtq cam only with this camshaft and LG 1x3/4" headers.

I have had several shops use this cam and they absolutely love it. One is even using it as their own flagship camshaft now.

I didn't just want this cam to only make big peak HP numbers, I wanted torque to go with it. This cam delivers it by the boat load.

I'll have idle clips up later for the Stage 2 and 3.

Any questions regarding using these cams in a certain application or if a custom grind would be better for you feel free to ask away!

I just put a cam very similar to the polluter in my car. Specs from one of Martin's buddies. I absolutely love it. I'm also very fond of the lift numbers. Those are great cams. Martin knows his stuff.

Martin, thanks for the informative posts. I like that you do the research and try combinations. I will be contacting you soon about a stage 2 cam.

I'm sure he is running responsible lobes on those cams, so check out the lift numbers. There are a few of these guys selling bigger duration and lower lift cams because they can get the same, if not better, results and be easier on the valvetrain at the same time. PTV clearance was huge on mine. Pretty much all the normal areas of concern have been backed away from the bleeding edge and still make awesome power.

Call him up and chat with him about the cam. He can explain the approach a lot better than I can!

Im very apprehensive to add a cam because of all the valvetrain failures.

So it is then! They can and do happen. Unfortunately there's no magic bullet to guarantee nothing will go wrong. You just have to be willing and ready to fix what breaks.
