HID Fogs (Non RS) installed

Finally got my HID fog lights installed. 6K matched up with 6K HID headlights.

Thanks. Yeah, just upgraded from the halogens to the HIDs. It was pretty easy to do but just had to cut the connector's wires and splice in to the HID pos and neg wires.

I hope they don't melt.
The stock fog setup was not designed for HID.

I hope so too. I was told by a few vendors that 35w or lower would not cause melting. These are 25w. We'll see...

I think if I remember correctly the 55w are the only ones I have read about having melting issues.
You should be good with the 25w.
I swapped to HID's a while back. 35w. But I swapped out the entire fog and replaced with with an HID housing just to be safe.

Just an update...to date no sign of melting or discoloration in the lenses or assemblies. Use the all the time. 25w is GTG.
