I have been roaming in the website for about a month and I did research for almost 3 months. Im gonna get it from a dealership in my area who is gonna get it from a nearby state.
Are there any advice before I go to the dealership and start the paperworks and stuff?
It is gonna be 34K with taxes. is this reasonable too?
Thank You
??
Just kidding , I decided to get the 2SS 2014 RS, I JUST FELL IN LOVE WITH THE HOOD, and the V8 is totally worth it, (tell me about the gas consumption ), but still worth it .
And I see this coming

So here you go.

I bought the car from MD, but I live in PA, and they do not require front plate unlike MD, so I got stuck with this:

What do you think I should do with it, I really want to take it off, but the drills are the problem.
Also, the tires pressure was 35 in all tires when i drove it from the dealership, after 200 miles to get home, it was 33 in the front and 34-34 in the back. I gave her some air two days ago, and it was 36 in all, and now it is 30-32 front, 30-31 rear. What is the problem??? The weatherr temperature is fluctuating a little, but it would not cause that much change!
Thanks

First, congrats on the purchase.

I don't know for sure about the weather(I'm seriously no science buff). But these low profile tires don't have a lot of air volume in them, so I'm thinking that they are a little more susceptible to fluctuations with weather. I have experienced those fluctuations when fronts come in and out and when the temp is up and down, but when the weather is steady my tires hold. So I might say wait until the weather stabilizes a little and see what they do.

If the dealer is 200 miles away, remember that if you want to get the tires checked out under warranty you can go to any dealer that's close. Although you might want to check with guys on here in your area and find a service department that some Camaro5 members have had a good experience with.

Should be a simple plug to put in those drill holes. I'm guessing someone on here probably sells some in your body color.

Looks like the screws are through the top part of the lower grill - might could see if that could be replaced cheap, no painting necessary

Congrats on the SS, you might check out an auto parts store or dealer and pick up the little black plastic plugs that snap in, to fill the drilled holes see how it looks!

My tire pressure changes constantly and the heat of the friction on the tires changes it. How old are you btw? Just wondering! Congrats on the slick ride!

The colder the outside temperature is the lower you tires pressure will be. As you drive and the tires heat up, the pressure will go up. This is the worst time of year for this problem for us northerners. High performance and off road tires see the biggest fluctuations in pressure.

Congrats on the new car! Just unscrew that ugly front plate frame and you'll see a couple of jagged holes in the black plastic grill is all. Clean them up a little and buy a couple of black plastic plugs at a hardware store that same size, push them in and they'll hardly be noticable.

It looks like you managed to find one with the beige interior like you originally spec'd, did you go with the automatic or the manual?
Were you able to swing a good deal on it?

This is so. And make sure you air up your tires to the recommended PSI when cold. If you air them up after driving a little way, when they sit and get cold again the PSI will be down.
