LS Tire Upgrade on Heritage Wheels?

Tire Rack only shows one tire for the LS's P245/55-18 spec size, but plenty for the P255/55-18.

Close enough? It seems like it should be.

Shouldnt be a problem, the 255 tire is just 10mm wider than the 245 tire.

When you are driving 60 mph, your speedo will read 59.1 mph as the 255/55 are 1.5% too slow. 3% variance can cause problems with your brakes, but with these you will just fine.

Remember the heritage steel wheel is only 7.5 in. wide...very few 245's are recommended for this narrow width rim...
