I have a stock 4l80 in good working order just needs a oil pan gasket I threw it away when I pulled the pan to check the bottom end. And I recommend a new pan it came out of a truck and had dings and dents from rocks. I'm asking 325 plus shipping it comes with the stock converter if you don't want it no big deal maybe save a bit on shipping. I only say that because I know everyone has different needs and might want a more performance type converter. Just pm me if you're interested I'll get you some pics.
