Reviews and Advise on Lightweight Flywheels

I have a 2011 SS that i have done suspension and engine mods to. the stock clutch is on its way out and i am looking at spec 2+ clutch to replace. i am considering a lightweight flywheel to replace stock as well since i will have everything apart. would this mod be worth it or not??

i know the benefits of the lightweight flywheels are supposed to be very good. are there any serious downsides and is it worth it?

i track the car on road courses 2-3 times per year and drive on the weekends in between.

Wrong "wheel" board. More appropriate in the engine ( http://www.camaro5.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=11 ) or tranny ( http://www.camaro5.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=76 ) boards.
