Joined Camaro5 June of 2010 and I'm finally getting around to posting 4 years later (must be a first in some category...). Guess I'm one of few words but have been a Camaro5 voyeur over the years learning alot from everyone else posting, thanks. Hope the pictures load up without issue for the newbie..

So what has got me worked up to finally put a post together.

The Ugly, the loss of something special a 2011 Camaro 2SS IOM with painted black stripes and IOM interior. Sweet car really liked the ride, look, color and how it all came together. Driving to work last month car pulls out in front of me, t-boned them going 45. How someone pulls out into 3 lanes of traffic when one lane is backed up and they can't see on coming traffic is beyond me. Insurrance made decision to total car since repairs were north of $20k.

The Good. Been looking for my replacement and have decided on getting a red hot 1LE.

The Bad. Order is in but since it is on constraint I'm waiting.....when will it be built, will it be a 2014 or 2015. The waiting is going to kill me. Here I sit with no Camaro to drive!

Look into how much the insurance company wants for you to buy the car back from them. Often it is not very much and you may be able to demod and part it out.

The adjuster mentioned they were looking at about $10K for salvage.

hmmm, yeah that is probably too much. But atleast you can pull your mods out.
