Door Rattling?
Is anyone else experiencing excessive door rattling? It seems like it's being caused by the area where the acrylic panel meets the door. This is happening with rock music (read: not tons of bass) and the volume rather low (below 20 on the BA system). It's primarily coming from the passenger door. I can reach over and push on the acrylic panel and it temporarily alleviates the rattle. Would the dealer fix this or would they just say it's normal? Any simple ideas that I can do to fix it?

They should fix it. It gets attached from the back of the door panel so it needs to be removed to look at it properly. They can certainly fix it.

They can fix it and did it for me. Very annoying rattle. They removed the door panel, insulated the speaker - not sure what thhis is exactly - and replaced a clip.

I have same but hear it with no sound, wonder if this clip you mentioned needs replacement ??

Happens to me as well but nothing wrong with the door. Next time you hear the door rattling check the passenger seat belt. Sometimes when a passenger exits the car, the seat belt buckle rattles between the door and seat.

There's a thread somewhere about that- the poster said he fixed the rattle by loosening the screw that holds the door panel on. It's here somewhere.....same exact issue you guys are having.
