Talking WKD FIRE is going under the wrench!

I ordered my IOM Camaro on October 13th 2008. It came off the assembly line May 6th 2009, and from a turn of the ignition it was born...

On May 20th 2009 it was delivered to t6he dealership at 2:45pm and was picked up at 6:15pm.

Over the years I have met many of you in the mid atlantic area, and we have had some great times together. As I have gone along I have learned about my Camaro, and helped others along the way.

Mod happy as I am, I have done mostly bolt-ons and suspension work to WKDFIRE. It has been a blast. Over the 5 year period, the power has gone up.

May 20th WKDFIRE will be 5 years old. Many will say she looks new (thanks to the detail classes). My biggest goal is to install a cam. After researching and talking with many on here, as well as John from Broadview auto service, I have decided to do the ls3 conversion.

The time is finally here!!!

Yes,. as you can tell, I am very excited. Now, the hard part...Be patient while the specialist do their thing.

John does his tuning in house. He is not only the business owner, mechanic and fabricator when needed. He is also the tuner. He is quite impressive to talk with, and he is very knowledgeable about other tuners in the business as well. He listens and works to set up a package to your needs.

Also, one of the best things is it's only a 45 minute drive from the house to his shop.

putting her back together

Tore her down, installed the internals to build her stronger and faster than before...Putting her back together!!!

Did a little porting to make her flow better...

Torque converter coming early next week.
