Buildup on the pads or rotors??? All 4 or just 1, 2?

Run them through the new pad burnishing routine again.

If that doesn't work then maybe time for a small amount of brake lubricant between the pad pistons and pins.

Did you test them out... by that i mean did you attempt a high speed, immediate stop, or heated them up quickly.. if so you may have glazed them...

Brake noise is caused by vibrations, most likely the lubricant or adhesive that they use on the pads when installing them has dried up. You can try re-bedding the brakes but I doubt it will help. Also there is a little feeler on the pads that will start making noise once the pad starts to get low. I remember when my pads first started making noise, I swore there was still half life left in them. Truth was they were close on needing to be replaced. Mind you, I am no brake expert, yet I have changed my share of brakes on more than a few cars. Brakes that squeal, while completely irritating is not abnormal.

Brake dust can build up and cause this noise. I would have recommended to spray it down with brake clean and add some brake grease to brake contact points and back of pads.

A lot of people don't do "brake services" to their cars, which is exactly what I just said. Simply spray down with brake clean and apply some grease. Keeps the pads working at their best and also keeps them quiet. I would say every year or so this is a good maintenance to perform on any car.
