I think Corsa is better, but in the LT Headers need some help...what do u guys think of both questions.

I would use the Borla with the ARH...that is just my personal sound preference...I like a deep sound without the raspy popping sound that some exhausts can make.

I have installed this combo in two vehicles already and I loved it!!

But, is the Borla better in performance not just the sound?

The exhaust part borla or corsa is for sound only and little to no HP differences will be found in any axle back exhuast which basically means mufflers. i am doing Borla and ARH myself. Corsa has a unique tone, borla is deeper and i like that. I rank them both at the top just each has their own sound. Any HP gains come from changes you make prior to the mufflers.

I agree with jpsuperman. The axle back exhaust really makes no difference in horsepower over stock. The complaint some have with the stock mufflers is that they are too conservative. But that is personal preference. They are not restrictive. A manufacturer, possibly Borla, posted only a 3 hp gain switching the stock mufflers.

If you want to save some money you could do the headers and keep the stock mufflers. There is a video posted here and the sound is very deep. It changes completely. Just a suggestion.

i ordered the corsa and the kooks will be putting them on week of the 17th, i personally like the corsa had it on my 2000 Z-28 great sound .

I have the Corsa too and love it, my brother got his used from craigslist but I wanted a valid warranty so I got it here. Corsa Exhaust 15211, or you can try one of the sponsors here on the forum, they are allways having sales/specials. Either way its a great exhaust system, sounds great, and very easy to install.

Good acurate post.....it comes down to sound..period.

im going arh, and stock. spend your muffler money on a airbox.
then if its still not loud enuf, go for axlebacks.
