2010 SS - Corsa, Rotofab, U/D Pulley - VIDEO
Today we had a customer bring his L99 Auto in for some mods. We installed a Corsa exhaust system, Rotofab CAI, and SLP U/D Pulley. He then asked that we made a video like the one of our G8 on YouTube....
Baseline numbers were 327 RWHP / 340 RWTQ. With a tune only it made 344 RWHP / 362 RWTQ. After installing the Corsa, Rotofab, and pulley it made 363 RWHP/ 376 RWTQ. Stock vs. Tune ![]() Stock vs. Corsa, Rotofab, and Pulley ![]() Click Here for a video showing Start, Idle, Rev, Dyno, and Street Footage. Regards, Rick LeBlanc Livernois Motorsports |

VERY NICE! How much HP did the Roto Fab make by itself? How much HP would a Borla S Type, Hennessey CAI, Kooks Headers, MTI High Volume oil pump, MTI Spark Plug Wires, Vengeance Racing 25% underdrive pulley, and a 160 degree thermostat make?

Haha you won't really know for sure until you do it and dyno it!

Those numbers are really good. If that L99 had long tube headers and high flow cats one would expect it to gain another 20-30 rwhp. That would put that L99 in the 380 - 390 rwhp range.
That's seems almost too good to be true. ![]() Are his numbers in line with what the other stock L99's are pulling on your dyno? Because I'm trying to see if I can find a relationship between temperature and humidity and lower stock dyno numbers. I'm finding that high humidity combined with hot temperatures are negatively affecting some of the stock L99's. So far the three highest stock L99 dyno numbers I've seen have come from Northern states (N.Y.and Michigan). Last edited by SGOS252382; 08-07-2009 at 06:39 PM. |

You stated you put the U/D pulley on this car, I am guessing it also requires new belts? I have considered doing pulley on mine but can't get an answer from anyone as to where I will get the correct belts to go with new pulley.

You should be in the ballpark. From tests we've done, it seems the Corsa is worth 10 HP. Quote:

Roto-fab CAI
Thanks for making the Roto-fab CAI part of the package! We've been consistently seeing good numbers with a wide array of combinations.
