I don't see why it wouldn't fit since its only a small addition of volume on the underside and the cover isn't meant to cover the underside fully anyway.
But, I haven't tried it myself, so who knows? |

im not sure what OEM stands for but if its the one from GM you are talking about, yes it will. one of the guys that lives close to me who has GFX has the cover and it fits.. though just barely

I am going to test mine today after I rinse and dry the car. It's dusty and I don't want to cover a dusty car.

It fits...
SUPER SNUG I'm a little affraid to see what might happen to the front lip from this thing being so tight. I might leave it off the front lip in the morning or later tonight if I can't sleep cuz of it haha. But it fits... I want the california car cover instead. It looks like it protects more and it fits looser.

That's a good thing 2 know when I go to get ground affects. The only part of the ground affects I like is the rear piece. I know I have the factory red cover and it's tight. Seems to have loosen up some since new.
