Halos

I started driving with my halos on recently (during the day) and it seems to be breaking necks.... Does anybody else ride with them on in the daytime?

This is the only way I drive! Had them on since early May and actually used the HID bulbs 2 times. Every time I see an RS Camaro with the whole headlight on I'm like "you're doing it all wrong"!

On the 2014's they are always on except when you put your turn signal on then that side goes out which I thought was kinda silly....

Yeah I don't understand why they did that.

I do most of the time.
I'm going to get a harness so they're on as the daytime running lights.

And the side goes out on '14s so you can more easily see the turn signal

I think if they alternated between the signal and the halo that would have been cool.

That's like turning off that sides headlight at night when turning...

Rarely. Sometimes I play with the halos but mostly I just let the auto DRLs do their thing.

Does anyone know the typical lifespan of factory halos? (in hours, I guess). I'm just wondering how much I would have to worry about replacing sooner if I ran these during the day
