Should the fan selection indicator turn off?
I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but since the climate control is integrated into the stereo it kind of made sense.
When I turn the fan off the indicators for AC or defroster turn off but the indicator for the selected fan stays on. Shouldn’t the fan selection indicator turn off too? It look odd to me having an indicator lit even though the climate control system is shut off. |

Mine does just as you described, same as yours. Had the car out today and checked it out. I feel you are OK.

No it doesn't turn off. Neither does my 08 SS Impalas'. There was a thread about this a month or so ago. At first, I thought the AC unit was staying on when it should have been off. It's normal.
