Will i need to retune?
So i got my car tuned after i put an exhaust and intake on, will i have to have my car retuned once i put headers on?

Yep. Even of your calibrator kept the calibration rich enough to support the headers additional airflow, your going to activate a code for your rear O2 sensors that will need to be turned off.
