2014 2LT automatic non RS Convertible

I am looking at a 2014 2LT automatic non RS. Only options are automatic & spare tire. They are offering me $2000 factory cash, $1500 conquest (non GM) & dealer discount of of about $2000. I don't have USAA or any other private offers. What should I expect to pay. They won't go below the $31,000 after rebates, and it has been 24 hours. Thanks

That is not a good price, I paid 32,000 for a 2LT with the RS package and a whole bunch of other options. And I live in NYC where prices are apparently high. Especially considering your 4,500 dollar deductions through savings and rebates.

He's looking at the price for a convertible however...not sure exactly how much more they are...but it would make a difference.

Thanks for clarifying yes it is a 2014 convertible, 2LT, Automatic, non RS.
Is $31,000 fair?

as long as I'm not missing any options, MSRP would be $37,335; $31K seems fair to me.
