Ok so whats the deal with the fog lights....cant get them to turn on.....fog lights are also on the round headlights knob right?

if your've got the RS package your "fog lights" are actually DRL's and cannot be switched

Im a 1lt/RS....how do u turn them on and off?

I thought it was if you had the RS with the HID Lights, the fogs were Day time running lights.

its not if you have an SS, its if your car is a RS or not.

RS = daytime running lights, NO FOG LIGHTS
non RS = fog lights

since you have the RS package, the 'fog lights' ain't really fog lights - they're the DRLs. they only come on when your headlights are off & the only control you have over them is to turn them off by moving the light switch from 'AUTO' to 'Off'

correct

here's a breakdown of switch positions

off - nothing's on
auto - with enough light outside, you have DRLs (bumper lights on RS, headlights on non-RS); when it's dark, you have headlights+blinkers (halos on RS)+tails+side markers
park - blinkers (halos on RS)+tails+side markers
headlights - headlights+blinkers (halos on RS)+tails+side markers

with that said....if u have a RS package and are driving on a foggy nite u cant put on the fog lights....whats with that?

The HID's will give you plenty of highly focused light. Do a search. There are photos on here somewhere showing the HID's on at Night. Awful powerful.
