Sound upgrade

Hi,

I added rockford P300X1 amp and rockford 10" P1 4 ohm sub. It added a little bass nothing much change in over all quality of sound. I thought it would improve sound as i felt it was lacking bass. But still i feel speakers are too sharp and high pitch it annoys me a lot as i love to listen music aloud but currently its not pleasant. Not sure what further i can do or what others have did. I have non-BA system.

One of the local shops recommended Rockford P165-s components in front and rockford 6x9.

Any suggestions are welcome. I wanna achieve good sound quality miss of bass and nice treble something like Bose where i can hear everything clear.

If you change the speakers, you will also need to add an amp. The stock radio(s) are underpowered, and aftermarket speakers require more (clean) power to perform.

Sound is subjective. Go and listen to everything you can find, and then choose what sounds best to YOU.
