Chevrolet Customer Care

Does anyone know who our contact person on here is within GM Customer Care? I am fit to be tied! Three times I have had this Camaro into the dealer for the 2nd gear grind with no resolution. The pressure plate also over extends wearing out the clutch and again no resolution. I was born and raised on GMs in Michigan and have bought 19 GM vehicles but this will be my last one if I can't get GM to provide a reliable vehicle!

I believe it is still William, shoot him an email at the Chevrolet Customer Svc address with your private message section.

Use the @ Chevrolet Customer Svc address, they have a few people that are at work different times, but William is the very best. He has helped me before.

I'm not following you. Is there anyone from Customer Care on here anymore? Are you telling me that there is an email address that I should contact? Are you advising me to fill out the form here:

Hello Jgray,

We are sorry to hear that your dealership has been unable to resolve your concern. We'd be glad to discuss this further with you and work with your dealership toward a resolution. You are welcome to send a PM here on the site!

I gave the service advisor a copy of that PI and it did not help them. They did speak to the two engineers on that PI but said that they were told to do nothing.

The TR6060 transmission/clutch has had problems from the very first year of production. There is only one fix and it comes in around 3,000 dollars in the aftermarket. You will not likely get a resolution from GM.

Search the forums here. There are literally hundreds of threads on this subject.
