My hometown's first effort at a cruise-in

Well after a couple of dates getting cancelled due to weather & such my hometown Finally had their first cruise-in this evening. Turn out was not huge but it was a pretty good effort for a first one. There were some nice cars, cool hot rods & some that were just plain silly. Here are a few pics.

Nice little gathering! I believe recognize at least one of those cars from some of the bigger shows up this way (in particular the Red coupe with the yellow wheels).

Sometimes the smaller local shows are more fun than the big ones. its too hard to see everything at the big shows.

That looks like a pretty good turnout for the first gathering. Keep it up and more cars will join once word gets out. Great pics, thanks for sharing!!!!

Actually, that is a pretty popular trend amongst Donk culture these days. Down here, I know of at least 3 or 4 cereal or snack themed cars that are all tricked out.

And yes, that last one is sacrilegious. I really can't understand the appeal in it.
