'12 and '13 SS differences
Hey guys, I'm looking at upgrading to a V8 2SS/RS next year, and I completely hate the look of the '14s, so I'm looking at going second hand for a '12 or '13 SS. My question is: what are all of the differences between the '12s and '13s? I know that the MyLink is new on the '13s, and some of the '13s have the new rims, but other than that, that's all I know.

They changed the 20'' rims, frame-less rear view mirror and electric power steering for 2013.

Thanks for the quick reply man, and about the power steering:
Is there much of a difference between electric and hydraulic? And if so, which would you recommend? I'm not really familiar with it |

With the electric power steering there is less drag on the motor so more power. Combine that with the NPP exhaust and you get the 2013+ LS3's dynoing slightly higher on average.

I like my 2013 2ss auto, just fine. Electric steering was started on vettes. The faster you go the smoother it gets. Much different than 2010-2012. you'll like it.
