Possible to add bluetooth to non bluetooth cars ?

So I'm trying to find a way to install bluetooth in my non factory equipped bluetooth car. So far I've found many complicated methods to accomplish this but each have their issues so I'm uncertain on which route to take.

I ordered one of these, im hoping they may work. We will see...

Has anyone added bluetooth to their pre bluetooth factory radios without having to disable onstar or replace the onstar module?

Send a message via Skype™ to benji276289
You can buy a portable Garmin Navigation device and connect your cell phone to it by Bluetooth.

Let us know if that device you are buying works! Specially if the steering wheels control are functional.
