Cherry's Jubilee September 26/27th
Ok here we go again guys time to organize another meet up. im thinking Cherry's jubilee would be perfect. its at Laguna Seca the last weekend of september. ill scout us a meet up spot around here then we'll cruise down the 68 to the show. then maybe hit monterey afterward cruise with all the classics.

Either day is good for me. Just a thought, there will be alot of traffic for this event so sticking together (forming a line or cars) may become an issue. I would like to see if we could have a front and back car like our last meet but this time give them some form of communication, i.e., cell phone, walkie talkie, etc, so they can control/monitor our formation. Also, I would like to see us have a contact number in the event someone gets separated so we can reform or help the person find the group if they get loss.
Oh, and I would like to nominate Gary and Clarence as the front & back cars. They did a great job with our run. Clarence even took a bullet for us by stopping traffic with his car so we could stay together. |

I voted for Saturday this time. Big football game on this particular Sunday. I concur with the communications, phone list, etc. Great idea.

I also nominate Gary and Clarence, they were GREAT! I had many of those same thoughts myself about communication when we were driving on Sunday and I think all the ideas you said are great! Communication for our whole group is key so no one get's lost or cut off from the pack. I voted for Sunday, BUT what ever day wins majority we will be there...

yea id like for it to be sat but for this i wouldnt mind sat either it will be football season by then and ill be able to watch the games at work lol. yea i was thinking the same thing as it goes for phone numbers incase we get lost. but at the same time its real hard to get lost on this road haha.

Maybe what we could do is outside of the forum since Clarence has all of our emails we can create a member list for our group, names addresses and phone numbers so we have a 'contact' sheet if you will for our newly formed group!
