Removing Staggered set up?
I'm thinking about removing the staggered Tire setup on my SS if it ever gets here and lowing the car about an inch/adding sway bars with the goal of more balanced steering. I'm thinking 20 x 9.5 all around. Has anyone done this? I'm worried about rubbing. what do you think?

You don't need to go to a square set-up to remove the understeer. Our sway bar package will do this by simply increasing the rear bar rate so you can maintain a stagger whether it be 275 front 305 rear or the factory set-up.
There is more information HERE. Please feel free to call or email us anytime with questions! Kind regards, |

I am running the SS OE REAR wheels AND tire setup on all four corners. 20X9,275X40X20. Along with an equal footprint, I will be able to rotate my tires. The front calipers are close, but there are no issues with this setup.

The improvement on the understeer is negligible at this point. I would expect to see marked improvement with the suspension upgrades on the immediate agenda. (awaiting parts) For me personally, I wanted the stagger gone for two basic reasons. To be able to rotate. For an equal footprint and the benefits associated with it.
