Found a dent on my camaro

In every parking lot, i try to park far away from everyone to avoid anyone damaging my car. This has worked well so far until today. I was getting out of my car to get to work and i noticed a dent in my rear fender. Some douchenozzle at work must have parked next to me and carelessly opened the door too hard.

Bummer

It always stinks when others damage one's car. The good news is that a good (PDR) paintless dent repair expert can get them out. I have had some taken out on various vehicles. Do a google search near you. Some will even come out to your home or work.

Someone tapped the rear and now the paint is spiderwebbed. You can't see it until your up close, but it still sucks.

PDR works wonders! Most likely will be a cheap and easy fix as long as there isn't any damage to the paint.

Oh shit the world has come to an end!!!

No really, that's exactly how it feels. I always well 80% of the time try and park way the hell out. But sometimes I have to bite the bullet. I was washing my car and found my first ding that also chipped a little paint. I washed the car and dried it, washed the wheel and wiped any overspray from the tire shine off the top of the wheel well. And about 5 hours later I was walking down the driveway and just glanced at my car when I was suddenly drawn to a chip and ding. It is so amazing how I overlooked it. Luckily it's not on the flimsy ass yet heavy door. It's above the wheel about 1/8 inch in diameter and a scratch almost from a finger nail. That's not much but we all get the same feeling.

Don't want to embarrass you, but Pics please!!

a lady opened her mini van door while I was driving by in the parking lot. $1500 damage to front fender and drivers door. Car only 3 days old. This summer hit deer on power tour, $12K. Deer had no respect.

I'm sorry to hear that, guys. Having your car damaged by someone so inconsiderate after taking care of it is terrible.

I'll post a pic soon

I found 1 on the passenger door the other day and pretty sure it was from a car that decided to come park next to me all alone at a restaurant. I didn't notice it till after i was back home. Probably a good thing as i may have done something bad. Have a temper when it comes to my cars. Years ago i parked way out at the mall and came out to a car next to me, big dent in driver door! Well i returned the favore with my foot after moving my car out the way so i could really do it well. I was a lot younger and don't think i would do that today but it really pisses me off when others show no respect.

That sucks. First dent I got was right on the body line around the rear wheel well. VERY hard to remove without proper body work. Dentless guy was able to get most of it pulled but it is still there. Messed up thing was I got it while parallel parked and it was on the street side.
Have 2 more in the drivers door. One is on the flat sirface, but the other is right on the crease of the body line near the bottom of the door.
Eventually I'll have a good body shop work out all 3 dents.

Don't even get me started on inconsiderate morons who hit and run . At 63 I have seen just about every kind of low life there is . This is nothing new ,there are just more of them these days. I would just like to catch one in the act, and properly educate them in how to behave like a real human being .
