After 4 months of waiting, the day finally arrived with a surprise. Wasn't expecting delivery until later this week, but what a pleasant surprise it was. Thanks to this forum, and all of the people that made the time go by and learn a ton of information and keep your sanity turing the whole process.
Our dealer deserves a thumbs up.

Performance Chevrolet in Mountain Home, ID. Never got a written guarantee for MSRP, just a handshake which held it's promise. They learned right beside us which made it even more special when the car finally arrived.
So everyone talks about naming their car, and since I'm a girl I've decided on "Chuck". His stripes will be going on later this week. And as my husband says after the 3rd bath over the weekend, "black is a bit.. to keep clean but can't beat it when it is. So here are a few pics from this weekend and will post some after getting his stripes.

Congratulations! Very pleasant surprise! I was hoping my week was going to start that way! However, mine should be in possession tomorrow! :o)

Stop by the Super 8 in Grangeville if you ever take "Chuck" for a longer drive north.

I'm jealous - mine is still on a rail car in Illinois i 'm told... so i'll just keep waiting and wishing.
