I have a 2012 zl1 after sitting for month without starting car went to go drive it the abs lights on service steering on it is throw a u0121 code lost communication with anitlock brake system if any one has had this problem before any help would be great thanks in advance.

Clear the codes, charge the battery and if it doesn't come back, don't worry about it.
