what is it you want to accomplish? what is your budget? Convertible is not different mechanically than the hard top, figure out your goals and how much money you have and do whatever it is that meets those two points.. for me a convertible isn't about power and speed, it's about cruising with the top down, so 400hp is plenty for me to accomplish that goal. keep in mind though if you plan to race it at a track, very few allow convertibles and none allow them (that I am aware) without a roll cage..

yes I understand this. I wanted to know like suspension wise, also with lets say a full exhaust kit. which ones will fit? Since I have all that bracing, its kinda hard. Budget ? Hmm not really sure. I was looking at the Ark DT-S system, don't know if it will fit though

Make sure the exhaust you get is made to fit the convertible. Because of the extra body bracing many systems won't work unless your either remove the body bracing to install or modify it won't does not hit by using spacers.

Yeah sigh o well with the DT-S then. I do plan on some LT later on with the tune of course, I hate CELs lol. Well the throttle controller from what I have been reading is a must. It sucks that having a convertible your limited to certain thing but then again MR. incredible has a point , they are made to cruise with the top down, though dont mind to get a little bit more power out of her lol

guess it depends on the track, went to 2 local tracks when I got the car and both told me without a roll bar I could not autoX or 1/4 mile the car.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking...a track could choose to to exceed the NHRA rules. Anyway, back to topic...
