Here is the Blue Velvet Metallic on a ZL1. Picked it up 2 weeks ago and there is a sight difference from the 2014s Blue Ray Metallic. At least from what I can tell having it sit next to my SS.

I can see that it has less of the greyish/pink/granite metallic flake that changes tone in the sunlight. Blue Velvet has more blue color, but oddly is as dark as BRM.

Very nice.

On the Sunroof issue just be aware it can cause issues for wearing a helmet in the car. While it may not be an issue for you it may limit your selling audience down the road for folks like me who race ours a sunroof is a No Go.

Thats the reason i can't decide, my SS has a sunroof and i hate that my head hits the headliner with a helmet on. i may have to forget the sunroof on this car. i am planning on getting the Recaro seats do they sit lower then standard seats?

my .02 is always no sunroof in a performance car. 99% of the time it is just leaks and creaks down the road.

you also lose headroom and a car that has sucky headroom.
