V8 Engine

Strange question, can you pair a LS3 Engine with the manual transmission from the V6 Camaro?

Would require custom parts, would be much better off upgrading the trans too. From a cost standpoint sell your car and get an SS.

Maybe go talk to your dealer and see if you can do something on a traded in SS. Maybe they can get you into a '12 or '13 SS with low miles. You may be upside down but you'll be upside down in a car with 425hp :-)

I'll sell you my LS3 if you go that route. No clue what a transmission would cost you though.

There was a thread not long ago bout a v6 car being swapped into a v8 and there was a lot of issues. Seems like more money and troubles in the long run.

Depending on where you live"snow winters" hit the dealer at the last week of the month and if you can wait til December try then. I have always bought my cars a couple days before the end of the month because most sale guys and managers want to make there numbers.
