Engine/ Exhaust rattle.

So not sure if this is the same issue as the sticky thread above, seeing as mine is a 2014. But I am having a very loud rattling noise coming from either the front or below the seat under the car. It is really loud whenever I am sitting at idle while the car is in drive. When I am in park it is still there but a lot quieter. Anyways I would like to have some input before I take my car in, that way I know where exactly to have them look for issues.

Check under it man or go see the dealer already. Probably a loose heat shield by your catalytic convertor. If you cant tell take a bunch of pics and videos while its on the jack stands so we can better help you.

If you cant fix it or you're not gonna get it on jack stands, then just go to a dealer and dont worry too much about what it is, since you're not planning on fixing it yourself.

Gotcha. I would say heat shield, loose manifolds/manifold gaskets burned out. I wouldnt keep running the car, just in case is really is manifolds tapping against the engine.

Haha dealership that's cute.
They said they found a rock on top of a heat shield and that it was what was causing the noise. Well I guess another rock jumped up there the second I left the dealership, cause it's still making the noise. And of course I didn't get back before they closed. Goodness that's a long trip for zero results.
