A good shifting light?

Like the title says... Looking for a good brand shifting light... Would like it to fit in side vent on left side of steering wheel... Also easy DIY hook up... Please any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Raptor shift light. I did a stealth install on my drivers side vent of my 2011 SS.
Just search and you will see a few different installs. Here is thread/links I read to get my ideas.

Mine looked like this/ I just used the blue light to match my interior lights as close as I could.

What's the difference between a dual stage and single stage? Don't really want a launch light.... Just shift point...

Why wouldn't you use the HUD? One of the page options clearly shows the tach climbing to redline?

Trying to watch those lights come together to the point at which it's time to shift drives me up a wall.... Lmao!!! And I suck at multi tasking!!! I figure its easier to shift when I see the light come on rather than waiting for the lights to get where they need to be to shift...

Not that page, there's another that shows the tach like a normal tach

I couldn't figure out that other one either

Have you considered using the Aeroforce gauges? install in A-pillar and plug directly into OBD port. You can set them up to function as shift light at your desired RPM. Granted, the LEDs are not anywhere near as bright as the Raptor, but they are easy to pick up in your peripheral vision, so you might find them acceptable.

I have those gauges... And you are exactly right... They're just not bright enough for me... I wish they had a couple more led's on them to make them brighter...
