what are the options for protecting my paint from chips other than the 3M film (or competing films)? I'm sure this has been asked, but i couldnt find it with search function. I dont have my car yet, but should have it by this time next month.

I want something. I expect to have this car for a long time. My brother has had his Pontiac G8 GT for a year now and he has a huge chip in his hood, I dont want that to happen with my camaro.

There is nothing to protect you from chips and scratches. A stone flying 80 mph in to your ride will go through anything known to man. Some stupid punk with a key in his hand will dig through 50 layers of the best wax on the planet. Sh#t happens.
