Question zl1 fuel pump limits??

So I have the zl1 fuel pump and I'm going to be running about 10psi on my turbo kit maybe more. Would like to see around 700hp at the wheels. What are the limitations of the zl1 fuel pump?

If you are going over 700 might as well go with duel pump return system.

650-675 on the zl1 fuel pump (with the adm fpcm).. look to get a new fuel pump again.

Meth or no meth? Injector size? BAP or no?

I know AGP has done 3 cars now with base TT kits, ZL1 pump, BAP, 80lb injectors, single nozzle meth and made 800-806rwhp on all of them. Yes fuel pressure drops off a bit on the high end, but more then enough injector duty to make up for it. So I would say you can make up to 800rwhp if you have enough injector/BAP, etc.

i personally just sold the zl1 setup and adm fpcm off my car and made 650 and fuel pressure was dropping had I added a BAP to this I prob would have been fine. I would say 600 is a good number with just the pump and FPCM over that its a crap shoot

It seems I should have went with my original plan and just build the motor and spay it. This turbo is becoming a nightmare lol

I've made 700 with mine on race gas on the dyno, while doing some testing. That's with a maggie, so there is a little more room with a turbo usually. I have the zl1 pump and the ADM Module, plus boosted the voltage through the tune.

I want 700+whp cause I don't think I'll be happy with 600whp I'll make with a built motor and spray. I don't drag or track the car just play on the streets. Really after that 0- legal speed limit. Lol

im over 700 with a whipple, zl1 pjmp adm module, but I am running water methanol setup, which helps keep the injector duty cycle down at least.

You should be ok and near the 700 mark if it's just a ZL1 pump alone. If you add a BAP, you can break into the 800's and I've seen a car make 900+ with the ZL1 pump, meth, and 100 shot. I will say this though. If you're gonna swap pumps, its a process to get to the pump, so you should do a dual pump.
