Technostalga NOT responding to warranty request

Has anybody else over the last few months have issues with their rapid fire tail lights and NOT be able to get the manufacturer to resolve or respond ? I have made many phone calls, emails, even spoke with Todd a few times who said he would replace the broken tail light but that was about as far as it got. No replacement was ever sent as promised and now for a month I can't get a return phone call or email. These lights were not even 2 months old before going bad. My Camaro sits in a garage and gets out only on the weekends so it's not a condensation issue as most have had issue with. I have one light that is stuck in a bright 3 feather look. What gives with this company, are they that busy that they can't warranty their own product ?

Anybody with this same problem recently ?
