Yeah when I was reading all those stories at the beginning of winter where people were putting their car up for the winter, jacking it up and removing tires etc....I was like wtf over....Here in Oklahoma we could have an Ice storm one week and then the next it is 70 degrees, so there are days in the winter when we can get the ole girl out and give her a good flogging...like today...

Currently -5 here in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities with a -37 windchill. My SS Vert has been in storage since November 1st and I still 2 1/2 months to go till it comes out. And I mean this in the nicest way, enjoy your cruise today. BITE ME!

Yea, but you live in Texas, that is its own kind of punishment. Fifty years ago my uncle said he would rather live in a phone booth in Manhattan than a mansion any place else. I have lived in Manhattan for the last 30 years, have a Corvette in the garage on a lift and fully agree with my uncle's sentiments. There is no place like the Big Apple even though it is going down to 7 degrees or so by tomorrow. Manhattan's action more than compensates for the better weather any place else.

What is the deal about running the Goodyears in cold weather again
