Do I...when changing lug nuts?
I have lug locks that I am planning to put on. Do I need to lift the car/wheel to replace them if I just replace one at a time? Seems to me that it shouldn't pose a risk since there are going to be 4 lugs holding it secure at any point in changing them out.

If you are just doing one at a time there is no need to jack it up.

Don't need to jack up, but make sure you tighten them again after driving a few miles in case they loosen.
