Anybody modify Halo to stay with turn signal

Wanted to know if anyone has modified their Halo Lights to stay on when the turn signal is on? This would be for 2014 and 2015 RS.

Gen5diy has a harness that you can buy for this. It is plug and play. Had it installed in 10 minutes. I have a 2014 V6 with the RS package. Love the way it looks now with the turn signal on. Doesn't look like one side is broken anymore when you make a turn.

Put the fogs on.. the halo just dims with signal on.

Or you can also turn the light to DRL(the next one after AUTO), it will stays with the signal on, but the halos are less bright, and everytime you have to turn them off manually or they will stay forever on.

^^^This! No need for a harness on 14-15 RS. Just turn on your fogs! That's pretty much the second thing I do once I'm in the car

Here's the link in case you can't find it. There is actually two options when you buy it:

Dimming Option: This option allows for the halo to maintain its brightness during the day and still dim at night as it does now in your car, except that the halo will not turn off when using the turn signal..

Non Dimming Option: This option allows for the halo to remain bright day and night. In your car now you will notice that the halo is not as bright at night. It will also allow for the halo to remain on when the turn signal is used..

I turned on the fog lights like some of the other posters suggested but was not satisfied with the look (turn signal side dims) and the fact that I had to remember to turn on the fogs every time I started the car. The other thing is keeping the fogs on constantly reduces the life of the bulbs. This option gives you 2 choices and looks far better IMHO than the others without having to worry about turning on the fogs everytime. That got old for me after a while. I've had several people with the RS package on their Camaro's ask me why mine does this and theirs doesn't and have always referred them to gen5diy. They are a forum sponsor BTW. I chose the non dimming option when I purchased mine.

Personally I think it's neat how it switches off with the turn signal

thank you..depending the traffic I do drive with the fog lights on BUT if not in heavy traffic I been sporting no fog lights as I have my new Showstopper sidemarkers and she looks sweet ghosted!!!

Yes, it ships with better instructions but once you see it, it will make sense as far as where everything goes. If you can connect hdmi cables to the back of a TV from another source, then you can do this upgrade. That's what I would compare it to.

All cars with LED on the headlight as DRL, all turn off when the turning signal is on. =S
