Need Oppinions (Pictures) - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I drive a 2014 ashen grey 2LT and am looking for some suggestions for either covers or paint for my brakes. What would be the best looking color for my brakes be in your opponions? Sorry for the bad pics of my car but they are just for reference.

I'd say blue. Like the one off a corvette or a viper.

Blue looks great with Ashen Gray, but red looks better (IMHO). Especially if you have the RS package and keep the red badges on it.

You could do anything with that color car. I would do something bright but that's just me. Blue would look nice.

Please paint--any color, and skip the covers. Covers--in my opinion--just don't project the Camaro image.

Colors---Inferno Orange or Red, as Palmer suggested.

The blue or red are excellent choices for this color. At one time I thought about going blue but decided I like the red a little better. It depends on the look you are going for. Red makes it pop, the blue is a little more subtle in my opinion. Either would look great.

I dont know what color matches better the Ashen Gray, but one thing for sure. PAINT THEM!! I used to have the MGP calipers covers, sold them after 1.5 months (was planning to upgrade Brembos), but after I tried and painted my calipers, I am very happy with the result and it stopped me upgrading to Brembo... Looks way better and REAL! Pic is my rear caliper. BTW, I used the G2 caliper paint kit bought from ebay, if you do the same, ask for the smaller brush, it is easier!

Out of curiosity why did you not like the mgp covers? I've had mine for over a year and as long as uour not autocrossing I love them. To me look way better than painted v6 calipers. V8 would be a different story.

Wrap them with a reflective coating! Google some pics as i always have issues posting pics on here! Looks insane
