Finally bit the bullet
Excited I will be picking up my new 2015 1LE this Saturday. 1LE with Dual mode exhaust, Recaro's,and RS package. MSRP $42635 and I am picking it up for $35,898 including a 1k gm private offer which I think is reasonable as all other dealers would not match that pricing. I am picking up the car at Koons in VA. They do have 11 more 1LE 1SS still there if anyone is looking. I'll post up picks when I get her home ! I'm super excited as I've been kicking the idea around of getting a new Camaro since before the 2010 model.

Nice. I did not have a private offer, but I did get the "wow" pricing. Same packages, paid the same, minus private offer. I bought mine from moons in Tysons corner, and they had a bunch of 1les.
You are going to love it!

Oh yeah no doubt about it. Other dealers in the area would not even come close. Koons is also a great dealer. I had a bad experience with the one in Clarksville, MD. I was already to put $500 down, but I had the cash at my apartment. I asked if they would actually be open until 9 pm and he said yes. He was hesitant, and I said I could wait until tmro. He said as long as it was before 9pm.
I was back at 9:02 and they were already gone, meaning they closed early. It takes a good 10-20 min to shut an entire dealership down. Anyways, it worked out for the better, as I saved thousands of dollars. Weird how life works, isn't it?

of course I have to drive a rental car 6 hrs there to pick up the car but it should be a fun drive home to CT. Now to find out the best way to break it in to seal up the rings. |

Mine was just built, so taking delivery in a couple weeks, and I'm planning on using the employee discount price, but it seems like everyone is beating that even... What the heck?! Edit: I guess mine shows $46,400 for MSRP for the build, and employee price is $42,400. I'm still not getting a $7k discount.... What the heck!? |

His was on the lot, my guess is that dealer's probably trying to move them before the 2016 is unveiled. We don't have that kind of leverage with our orders. FWIW, my Bright Yellow 1SS with Recaros, NPP (no RS) is running me $35k with my discounts.

Sounds like a great deal, for sure!!! At the time, I thought I "Stole" my 1LE. Also paid $35K after all discounts but it was a leftover 2013 (bought it in 14). 2SS with NPP Exhaust. I was thrilled (still am). Enjoy the 1LE, it is sweet!!!
