Ground Effects - Front Fascia Extension
When ordering my 2015 ZL1, I was trying to add this option to the order:
Ground Effects - Front Fascia Extension Front End Splitter V8. Create a dramatic, ground-hugging appearance for your Camaro with this Front Spoiler Package. The dealer seems to have no idea what this is and yet this is an option on Chevy build page for the ZL1. As of now, they are asking to wait for the VIN to be generated before ordering this. Does anyone know what this actually is (as I only have a picture in my head of what I think it is) so when the VIN is generated, I know what I'm asking for? Thanks Dave |

Possibly it already comes standard on a ZL1

The front splitter is standard on the ZL1 and Z28 no options needed!

Managed to find a part number and I'm still not convinced this cannot be installed on a ZL1.
Front End Splitter V8, part # 22997437 |

That part # is for a 2014-15. All ZL1s have the 2010-13 style front

There are some aftermarket front splitter extensions that you can buy.....

Thanks guys, dealer still will check once VIN is generated. I googled the part number and saw some pics, look like all of the pics are non-ZL1 so might be out of luck on this one. The Chevy page for ZL1 accessories lists this, so I can't help but wonder if someone there knows something I, or the dealer, don't know and it might fit. Time will tell.
