pennzoil ultra

Time for an oil change and I would like to get Pennzoil ultra. Anyone know where I can get some? Hopefully someone knows where I can pick some up. I can't even order it from Walmart.

WALMART has it on the shelf, about $26 for 5qts. I just changed mine yesterday. Hey, I'm with a group called SEPA5 South Eastern Pennsylvania 5th Generation Camaro Owners. It's free to join, we just meet up and talk CAMARO. Check us out on FB SEPA5. We meet the last Sunday of the month at Starbucks parking lot in TROOPER PA.

pennzoil ultra platinum

Are you sure it is Pennzoil ultra Platinum? Sounds like you are referring to Pennzoil platinum. Which Walmart? The Walmart website says it isn't within 50 miles of here.

SON OF A B@#%&.!!! That's the first I've heard of Ultra Platinum. There was a thread on here stating Pennzoil Platinum was the best.. Sorry about that. BTW on Pennzoil's website you can print a $10 coupon.

It (Ultra Platinum) instantly stopped my start up lifter tick, which mobil one did not. Ordered off of amazon by the case with prime, makes it about $8 a quart.

Did an oil change today on my ZL with Utra Platnum and a Napa Platnum filter. Had it done at Midas Auto and they stock it.

But, it depends on the shop as they have Eco Boxes of it in 5 gallon boxes for commercial use. It is damn good oil and I'm very happy with it, and Pennzoil stands behind their product if you have an issue. Take a look at the warranty Pennzoil offers with regular use of their oil.

LOL, it's BITOG, "Bob is the oil guy" and it is THE website to learn about motor oil, although some seasoning is required to separate fact from fiction, like the brand ranking you state.

Re: the subject of this thread, there's been quite a stir in the oil world by Shell's new GTL (gas-to-liquid) manufacturing method whereby motor oil base stocks are created from natural gas. In theory, these base stocks have fewer impurities than those derived from crude oil. Whether or not this results in better long term performance in a street engine has yet to be proven AFAIK. One aspect I didn't care for was the fact that Shell's GTL plant is in Qatar.
