PCMforless is located in Mooresville, NC close to Charlotte. They have a really good reputation for tunes. Here's their website. Check them out. When I decide to get my tune, this is probably where I'm going to go.

Trifecta Performance in Seattle does remote tuning. It is actually pretty cool since your car is tuned specific to your location. You start with a base tune and data log from there emailing back and forth till it is to your liking. I am doing the Beta tune for the L99, should be done this week. So far its a great improvement.

Carolina automasters in Durham is not too far away. They have tuned my 96 Trans am, 2006 Vette and 2008 Vette, once I have my CAI, I already have headers, I will see him for a tune on my L99 Camaro.

Hands down the best, most professional, smartest individual I've ever had dyno tune any of my vehicles. Give Alvin a call and tell him Scott Hinson told you to call. You will certainly be happy with the results.
