New member hi

I'm done lurking wanted to say hi. My previous cars: grand am(nitrous then turbo), srt4, 2001 audi s4(favorite so far), chevy cruze(great mpg). I now own a 2013 ls3 SS.

Funny things that messed with me on this car are first time hill assist kicked in I was like wtf and the 1 to 4 shifting. The sun visors are also a joke.

The hardest part about owning this car is to keep it stockish(warranty). Currently it has the npp exhaust(did fuse pull) and hurst shifter. I just ordered an intake and going to try to keep it at that. Oh I also did some plasti dipping. I do really want to turbo it but I'm going to resist.

Welcome aboard, your car looks great! Never dealt with that skip shift thing as I have a V6 but it would be annoying as all hell. There's a thing you can get that I believe is cheap, easy plug-in that over rides that, I'd make that a priority purchase if I had a V8. Enjoy that ride!

Welcome!

Nice ride and love the color! As the others said, modding will be tough to avoid. As far as 1-4 shifting, spend $15 on the skip shift eliminator. It's the first thing I did and takes about 5 minutes to install. Several vendors on this site sell them.

I have a skip shift eliminator that I will not be needing. PM me if you're interested.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
