Easy and/or cheap 2011 V6 upgrades

So I have a K&N typhoon intake system and just purchased a Vitesse Throttle Controller and VMAX Ice-olator.
Well I got a little bonus at work and I plan on spending it to improve my V6.

Any thoughts on what I should get next? Things not too expensive right now but that can give me hp/tq gains and/or mpg gains.

Also, I'm not the most mechanically inclined but if I can see how to do it once, I'm pretty much 100% at it.

Any advice is welcome.

Oil Catch Can is a definate you'll hear alot of yes get it and no don't bother but they've been around for along time for a reason. Good ones and their advantages vary the top three i'll list below.

RX Catch Can (Few backorder problems not sure if thats fixed.)
Elite Engineering Catch Can (Awesome catch can setup easy to drain.)
Apex Catch Can (Havent seen or tested but Apex is very reputable.)
