Cylinder deactivation on new v6 2016

If true, I'm so happy our LFX engines are always 6 cylinders!

I'm sure there is a way to disable it. Maybe a fuse ? No biggie

Probably only featured on 8 speed automatic. Also what with all the different driving modes, it's likely disabled in sport.

Yeah, I remember reading that it's only for automatics, not sure if it only applies to the SS, been reading so much lately it's hard to keep track.

I meant that maybe the cylinder deactivation is only for automatics on the SS. Meaning that on the SS it's only for autos and that on the v6 it may be for both. I don't know though.

Its automatic only on the V6 and V8. Sport mode will turn it off.

Best of both worlds.
