Question 2010 Camaro LS mysterious ticking question

Hi, my 2010 Camaro LS makes a tick that I can't figure out, well two actually.

1. For example, when I back out of a parking spot, and am now facing uphill. I put the car in drive. As I start to give it gas to go up the hill, it makes an odd tick. It's happened for the past few years now that I've owned it, but I've paid more attention to it recently. It happens a decent bit yet it's not consistent, it happens both in drive and reverse, as I start to give gas.

2. The second only happens every once in a while that I notice. Maybe it's timing with when I get out of my car, but when I turn my car off there are times that I get out and hear a "rolling" type tick from the engine. This normally happens per say 20-30 seconds after being off. Its as if something is rolling and stops?

Any insight into these ticks would be delightful, hopefully they're nothing serious (fingers crossed)

I'm just guessing soo Could it be your hearing the gas sloshing around in the tank or possibly the air conditioning compressor after the car is turned off. I know I use to here the gas sloshing around in my Grand Am after I would shut the car off .

For the first ticking sound I wonder if its the E-Brake shoes . I noticed a little sound from mine the other day after pulling out of my driveway . Good Luck .

Hard to tell without hearing it, could the uphill tick be an exhaust manifold leak?
Is it repetitive or just one tick?

Seems I recall a tech bulletin on 2010s involving the rear axles. Something about a spacer. Might check with a Chevrolet dealer.

Hmm, I know for certain it can't be the gas. As for the air conditioner compressor, should it still make that noise even though it's not in use?

It isn't repetitive, sometimes it will do it and sometimes it won't. Like sometimes I'll be sitting at a flat red light, and when I start to accelerate it will click, and sometimes it won't. It seems to be at random?
